I brought two orders. One just shoes and a pair of socks alongside a top. And it’s all poor quality and made. I contacted the customer service about the issues about the orders. And they said to do My Hermes which I went to the local garage and was there for about an hour trying to print the label and even my dad and the shop people was trying as well but we had no luck. The fact you have to pay for returning and finding the suitable bags is poor because not everyone can afford it especially if it’s faulty goods. I had contacted my bank and the PayPal for the separate orders to get it resolved and this company asked to return it for a refund which I explained clearly to PayPal that I tried and would not allow me in the first place to do so. And I said I would be happy to be offered a partial refunds on both orders I did with this company but the representative would not follow it through or listen. As this option would make it less stressful for everyone and just saves time. I’m really sad about the quality of these goods as it’s a shame as was looking forward to enjoying the goods but the quality especially after the first wash as the clothes and shoes are worn and we followed the instructions and they have gone all funny and bubbly. I was happy to compromise to sort it out with the sellers but PayPal rejected that so didn’t help the situation on this matter. Also I can’t understand with eco will the goods just be destroyed? Which is bad for the environment. I look forward to hearing from you! And to solve the issues.

Ordered a pair of New Balance trainers as a gift to my godson. I was expecting a box with trainers looking new and neat. Result: I received a damaged and all ripped off box that looks like it’s been treated like rubbish. I emailed customer service and claimed this immediately and have been ignored! And after paying £5 for delivery!! Terrible service!

I have ordered from m and m numerous times now
Never a problem returns are simple and they are very quick to refund
Taking advantage of the 9.99 all year delivery is a no brainer for me

Having read a lot of negative reviews I was very hesitant to use this company,but having viewed other prices for the trainers I wanted they were a lot cheaper. From my first experience so far,I would scepticaly use again. Great product,cheap price and quick delivery. Sounds like the problem is more with returns.

Wouldn’t but from this company again. I ordered a pair of men’s rugby boots the only positive was the quickness for delivery but when they arrived the box was very damaged and they smell of smoke really bad. They are to small so I need to return and a cost of £2.99 when I paid £4.99 delivery so I’ve spent a fortune on delivery costs which I feel they are ripping people off with as I’ve sent parcels over 10kg that only cost a couple of quid! I won’t be buying again from here that’s for sure!!

Only recently found this site, already purchased several items including t shirts, boots and tracksuit bottoms. All good quality, arrived quickly and competitively priced. Now my go to shop...

I ordered some j and j jog pants snd t shirts for my 16 year old son I found a really good offer on a pack of 5 t shirts snd two pair pack of joggers snd we were very pleased with them, they arrived the day after I ordered them as I paid for fast delivery but it said they would take two days. Great service, will use again

Ordered for the first time from here recently. I was a bit unsure after reading some of the reviews but I took a chance. Received the item really quickly but unfortunately the size wasn’t suitable so had to return it. The returns process was quick and easy and the refund came through much quicker than expected. Although the item wasn’t suitable I can’t fault the customer service and would definitely order again from here.

Extremely poor delivery service! I ordered on the 2nd of January and received dispatch confirmation the following day, three weeks later my parcel has still not been received. Every time I email to query I am given a different expected arrival date which shows there is clearly no traceability on when I am actually due to receive my order.

The values that a company hold are only shown once their customer service is tested.
I can confirm that, in this respect, MANDM are quite clearly lacking any quality in terms of their customer service. In these days of online ordering etc, I find it astonishing.
Retailers going out of business regularly and then you get this trashy service. What's wrong with some businesses these days. Customer lost forever

Absolutely love m&mdirect, been buying from them for over 10 years, never once had an issue with the service, i always spend a fortune with them over Christmas, you get so many quality items for your cash, fast delivery too! 5* service!
